Bob Freeland started playing softball in 1964 and played continuously through 1995 for a total of thirty-two years.  Bob played in three National Class A Industrial and one National Class B Industrial tournaments.  Bob also played in three National Church tournaments.  In 1977, he batted .800 in the Class A National tournament going twenty-four for thirty, earning First-Team All-American.  He had a lifetime batting average over .600.  He won at least fifteen MVP awards.
