Buddy was involved with Tidewater softball for over 21 years.
He has performed at every possible category as a Hall of Famer.
He played in over 200 sanctioned Tournaments, 10 ASA Nationals, 5 USSSA World Championships, 2 NSA World Championships and 9 Tidewater Championships.
As a sponsor, his teams competed in over 55 sanctioned tournaments. He sponsored team in two cities. His sponsored teams competed in 3 Nationals, 4 USSSA World, 2 NSA World and 5 Tidewater Championships.
As a volunteer, Buddy served Tidewater as President for 2 years and served as Award Committee Chairperson for 12 years.
Awards received to name a few was 5 times named to All Tidewater Team, Virginia Beach Beacon Sponsor of the year and All Star team. Sponsored teams won 10 ASA, 15 USSSA, 8 NSA Tournaments along with 3 State Championships.
