Gene Bulger coached in Youth softball and played and coached in Men's and Senior's softball for forty-nine years from 1958 to present.
Gene has participated in four Metro, four Regional, two State and five National tournaments.
Gene helped to start the Tidewater Senior Softball Association and was also a member of their executive board.
