Inducted 2008
Leif Simmons has played softball from 1976 through 2008 for a total of 32 years. During this time, he has played in 12 State tournaments and 7 National Tournaments. In the Class "B" Nationals, he made the All-Tournament Team.
Leif has also played on 4 Tidewater Championship teams and All-Star teams and has won 3 MVP awards. He is proud of the fact that he has pitched 3 no hitters and he is being recognized for his accomplishments and longevity.
