Linda Whitney started playing softball at the age of ten for the Aragona/Pembroke All-Stars and continued to play with them through her teen years.  In 1977, she joined the Travelers, one of our Hall of Fame teams.  With them, she played in six Metro tournaments, seven Regional tournaments and six National tournaments.  From 1989 through 1992, she played for Thirty Something and played in three Metro tournaments, two Regional tournaments and two National tournaments.  She completed her career with the Y-Not Co-Ed Team.  She won three MVP awards and was on two TVASA All-Star Teams.  Linda was a special asset to her team as she could play any infield position extremely well.
