Michael McDonough’s softball managing career began in 1983 and he led James Gang and Hazelwood Plumbing teams to impressive records.  His overall record is 1,206 wins and 361 losses for a winning percentage of .770.  His teams played in four Metro tournaments (winning two), four Regional tournaments (winning one) and four National tournaments.  Mike’s team won approximately forty local tournaments.  When not managing, Mike found time to serve on the TVASA Players’ Advisory Board for two years.
