Mike started playing softball in 1985 and is still playing today. He currently plays at the highest level with top teams in the Tidewater Area.
Through his career he has played with some of the best teams in the area: Crazy Charlie's, Coastal Masonry, Virginia Trophy and CA/JO softball.
He continues to play in the highest City Leagues in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. His teams have won numerous Tidewater Championships. He was named the best 3rd baseman in Virginia Beach by the Beacon newspaper.
Mike has played in approximately 25 National Tournaments, He has been selected All American 7 times and Most Valuable Player in 1 National Tournament. He has been named to several All Tournament teams including the Hooter's Championships of 2008 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During his career he has won numerous MVP awards.
Mike continuously carries a .700 batting average practically every weekend he plays contributing to his team winning 16 State and 4 National titles.
Mike plays the game with a total passion for the love of the game and is a Great Ambassador for the sport.
