Randy has been involved in the game of softball since 1984. His involvement with Men's League teams has allowed him to be a part of as many as 7 city/local championships, 2 state championships and tournaments covering in excess of 5 states. His C0-Ed career has been over 25 years competing in so many championships and tournaments that he lost count. He was selected to play in 3 Co-Ed All Star games.
His coaching experience has taken him to Junior & Senior Girls Softball Leagues recording undefeated seasons 3 years in a row. Included in these were 3 League Championships, 2 Metro Tournaments, 1 Regional Title and a 2nd place in the Virginia State Championship.
In 2000 he was instrumental in forming the Norfolk Law team that competes in the City of Norfolk League and countless Charity Tournaments including Special Olympics, Relay for Life and Police Memorial Fund to name a few.
