Terry Kemp started has softball career in 1965. He is thought to have ate, slept and dreamt softball for 30 plus years. He played many positions before ending up as a pitcher, but his love was in managing which he did for 15 years.
His teams won 988 games and lost 493 for a percentage of .661
His teams won 10 City League titles and 2 Tidewater Championships. terry received a Sportsmanship Award in 1986 and was the TVASA Coach of the Year in 1990. Terry has been involved in over 3000 games in his 30 plus years as a Manager.
