Tommy Watts has umpired for twenty-five years, from 1983 until the time of his induction.  He umpired in three Metro tournaments and one Regional tournament.  His three National tournaments include the 2000 Seniors, 2001 Class A Co-Ed, and the 2002 Men’s Class A Slow Pitch.  In 1993, Tommy was appointed as the TVASA Norfolk District Commissioner and served four years.  In 1997, he was promoted to Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Chesapeake Deputy Commissioner and continues to serve in 2002.  Tommy was the TVASA State Tournament Director in 2002.  He served as the TVASA Fall Commissioner for six years.  In addition, Tommy served as the TVASA Vice-President.  Tommy Watts played softball from 1972 until the time of his induction.
