First Nazarene was one of the better church teams in Tidewater.  They participated from 1980 through the time of their induction.  They played in the National Church Tournament in 1982 in Oklahoma City.  They also played in three Regional tournaments and twelve Metro tournaments winning six of them.  They played in approximately one hundred local tournaments winning thirty.  Their overall record was 644 wins with 130 losses.  In addition, they were Nazarene State Champions eleven times and Nazarene National Champion five times.
