Virginia Beach Sun Devils Team Inducted 1989
The Virginia Beach Sun Devils was the first Junior Olympic team to be selected for induction into the Hall of Fame. In existence since 1979, it is easy to see why they were elected. The Sun Devils won two TVASA Metro titles and four Regional titles. They also participated in five ASA National tournaments finishing in the top twenty four times. With Jerry Ryals and Larry Bowman leading the way, the Sun Devils won over four hundred games in twelve years of existence.
