Wayne Duncan started his career as a Fast and Slow-Pitch Umpire. Wayne umpired in over 1000 games in the local area. Wayne was also fortunate enough to have umpired in Puerto Rico, Cuba, England, Italy and Spain.
Wayne also served as Deputy Umpire-In-Chief for Tidewater ASA.
Wayne was very dedicated to the Tidewater ASA and worked very hard to better the association. His hard work and tireless efforts have been greatly missed.
