Philly sponsored What Again, Southern Orchestra and All Star Entertainment from 1972 through 1992.  During that time, his teams played in over one hundred tournaments.  His teams played in three Regional tournaments and ten Metro tournaments.  In 1988, they were the Virginia Beach City Champions.  His team won the first Hall of Fame Classic in the Class C Division.  Philly was proud of the fact that his teams were known as the best-dressed team year in and year out.
