Bill Plummer has been with National ASA office for over 30 years. His duties include the National Hall of Fame.
Since 1983, he and TVASA have worked together each year to have Tidewater installed in the National Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, OK for their annual inductees on the wall. If you visit the Hall there, you will see the TVASA plaques for the years of 1983 through 2008 thanks to Bill Plummer. We were the first Metro Association to be so honored.
